We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary for the provision of our website and services.

Contact form and email contact

If you contact us, we process the data you provide in order to handle your enquiry.

Support and ticket system

Technical information and contact details may be processed in order to handle support enquiries.

Newsletter

When the newsletter is sent, your email address is processed exclusively on the basis of your consent.

Job applications

Application data is processed exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the application procedure.

Server log files

When you visit our website, technical information such as browser type, IP address and access times is processed.

Cookies and tracking

On your first visit we ask you in a consent dialog whether, in addition to the necessary technologies, we may also use services for reach and campaign measurement.

Necessary technologies only store your choice from that dialog so it does not reappear on every page. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in the smooth operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG.

All other services are loaded only after you have given your consent. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). Until then no data is transmitted to the providers named in section 10.

You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future – reopen the settings here. The lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected.

Analytics and marketing tools

Only after your consent do we use the following services. They are loaded via the Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), which does not itself store visitor data but only controls the loading of the services below.

Google Analytics 4 – provider: Google Ireland Limited. Purpose: statistical analysis of how our website is found and used. Processed data includes a shortened IP address, device and browser details, pages viewed and time spent.

Google Ads – provider: Google Ireland Limited. Purpose: measuring which advertisement led to an enquiry, and delivering our advertising.

Microsoft Clarity – provider: Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. Purpose: analysing site usage through pseudonymised session recordings and heatmaps in order to identify usability problems.

A transfer of personal data to servers in the USA cannot be ruled out for these services. Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; in addition we rely on standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.

The legal basis for all services named is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG), which you may withdraw at any time.

Social media

We operate company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.

Rights of data subjects

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).

Consent you have given may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.

Data security

We take technical and organisational measures in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR.

Amendments

We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy in the event of legal or technical changes.
